LEGAL
Last updated: September 2026
Draft, pending legal review — this reflects how Lumaris actually operates today, but hasn't been reviewed by counsel yet. Treat it as accurate, not final.
These terms govern your use of the Lumaris website, dashboard, and SDK, provided by Apima. By creating an account, you agree to them.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a Lumaris account — this is enforced at registration, not just written here.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you register with.
You're responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity under your account.
Tell us as soon as possible if you believe your account has been compromised, through the contact page or a support ticket.
Once you have an account, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to integrate the Lumaris SDK into your own applications, subject to these terms and to any plan limits that apply to your account.
You may not redistribute, resell, decompile, or reverse-engineer the SDK, or use it to build a competing makeup-rendering or face-filter SDK.
Don't use Lumaris to violate the law, infringe someone else's rights, or interfere with the service's operation, including attempting to bypass rate limits or authentication.
Don't use automated tools to create accounts or open tickets in bulk.
Lumaris is currently in early access; pricing and billing terms will be published and linked from here once billing is live.
Any fees that do apply are non-refundable except where required by law.
You can close your account at any time by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, with notice where practical.
The service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
To the extent permitted by law, Apima isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Lumaris.
We'll update the date at the top of this page when these terms change, and post the updated version here. Continuing to use Lumaris after a change means you accept the update.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the contact page.
